Created with Ultra Fractal 5.03. Imported images, which were manipulated further within UF, were used on parts of this image. Full size viewing recommended, for the details!I thought I would try and create a different basic shape to the jewels and a sparkly, faceted look for this one. The gold setting reminds me (vaguely) of scarab shapes, hence the title.
