What a fun piece! Nice combination of shapes and textures and colors. I like the way you've repeated the checkerboard/grid pattern throughout the image, as it adds a great cohesiveness.

Just as a matter of personal preference, I think that the sharp white in the smaller foreground shapes stands out a bit too much among the other more tonal colors.

Wow, just fantastic! :D I love the little white and orange swirls, the contrast really caught my eye. The fine details are wonderful and I love how it seems slashed or swirled through, like you cut cheesecake batter into brownies with a knife. :hug: I love your work!

Do you know, I never consciously thought about the checkerboard thing... an interesting observation, thanks! I rather like contrast provided by the white areas (obviously, as I put them there ;)) but understand you may have different preferences - that's OK by me, it would be a dull world indeed if we all had the same tastes and ideas. :)
